The 'Great Realisation' - Covid has allowed talent/employees to have deep introspection. Historically, organizations have seen hiring as purely transactional - we hire you, you work and we pay you. That's changed, there needs to be an alignment, of purpose, values, and where organisations embrace the whole-self (the new blended work/life persona) of their talent. Compensation is not nearly enough, talent wants to know that all aspects of their life are being looked after, both at work and at home.
