I've been dedicated to empowering women and promoting diversity within the tech and creative sectors for close to 20 years. Recognising the importance of diverse experience and perspectives I have focused on fair representation and inclusion. Outside of recruitment I've championed initiatives to foster a supportive community, including starting the Women in Tech NZ Group and a podcast series Heroines, Women in Tech and volunteered for She Sharp charity. By actively engaging with underrepresented groups and advocating for their needs, I strive to create spaces where everyone feels valued and empowered to contribute their unique perspectives.

As Founder and Director at Maslow, my role goes beyond just creating diverse teams; it's about cultivating work environments where all individuals from all backgrounds can thrive, remain current, grow and become effective.
